Functions We have 2 function rooms to cater to a list of 50 to 300 guests, cocktail style. The Pinnacle Bar The Pinnacle Bar is our larger room in which you can invite up to 250 guests. It contains an original '80s style bar. There is a stage for your band or pro-DJ, an in-house sound system, (you can opt to hook up your ipod or laptop) and plenty of effects lighting. You may self cater (with use of our kitchen facilities prior to the start time) or choose from our recommended caterer's extensive list of canapés and finger foods. www.tallpoppiescateringcompany.co.nz/ www.deluxecateringnz.webs.com You may decorate or theme the room in the afternoon of your function. There are plenty of both on site and street parking. For the smokers, there is an adjoining covered area. The Lounge Bar The Lounge Bar is our smaller room suitable for a guest list of 80-90. It features a modern cocktail bar, sound system for your pro-DJ, laptop or ipod, effects lighting and comfortable couches. Again you are welcome to self cater and decorate/theme your room on the afternoon of your function. Services: We provide all bar staff, security, functions manager (who will be present at your event) and a friendly doorman at no cost to you. There's no room hire for either room but a minimum bar tab is required. (Or minimum spend option in the Lounge room only).
